The Republic Act No. 11313, also known as the Safe Spaces Act or Bawal Bastos Law, expands the existing law on sexual harassment. It aims to protect all individuals, regardless of sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity and expression, from all forms of gender-based sexual harassment (GBSH) committed in public spaces, educational or training institutions, workplaces, and online spaces.
